Welfare Researcher – Returning Reality Show
Lifted Entertainment (Part of ITV Studios) are looking for a Welfare Researcher to join the team on a returning reality series.
WELFARE RESEARCHER ROLE:
- We are looking for an experienced researcher with a keen interest in welfare and a good knowledge and understanding of programme duty of care measures.
- In the role you will alternate between working in the gallery and supporting the welfare team on location.
- Welfare experience is not essential, however, you should be able to display a passion for wanting to learn welfare protocols and systems and would ideally have experience in either casting, gallery or story.
- The ideal candidate will have contestant experience as well as an understanding of Duty of Care in the current programme making landscape.
- You will have the ability to handle sensitive information, clear and thorough understanding of GDPR regulations and have an understanding of programme duty of care measures.
- The minimum criteria for this role would be previous researcher credits working on contributor focussed high profile shows. Must have experience working with cast previously and proven experience with duty of care protocols.
DATES:
Early January – Mid / late February 2025

LOCATION:
Abroad
For this role, we are looking for recent, relevant, TV credits for major broadcasters and SVODs, No need to apply if you do not have this.
