Challenge Researcher

Lifted Entertainment (part of ITV Studios) are looking for a Challenge Researcher to join us for a Returning Reality series. 

ROLE: Challenge Researcher

  • We are looking for a Challenge/ Task Researcher to join the pre-production Challenge team on a returning reality series. 
  • The role involves developing and brainstorming new, creative ideas as well as preparing games and challenges. 
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working in challenge/ task or development environments.
  • The minimum criteria for this role is for candidates to have a proven record of working up challenges, with experience on Entertainment and Reality formats being highly desirable. 

DATES:  

20th October – 14th November 2025

LOCATION: 

Mixture of Hybrid working with  x2 office days at White City. 

For this role, we are looking for recent, relevant, TV credits for major broadcasters and SVODs, No need to apply if you do not have this.
