About The Voice UK
The Voice UK is a successful singing talent competition made by Lifted Entertainment for ITV Studios of a Talpa format. The show is in production for it’s thirteenth series. The Voice is in 73 countries and the most successful format brand in non-scripted worldwide.
Coaches, Will I AM, Sir Tom Jones, Annie Marie and Olly Murs return to select ten singers to join their teams at the Blind Auditions by pushing their button for the most exciting singing talent the UK has to offer. The unsigned singers compromise of solo artists, duos, trios and for the first time groups!
The singers are whittled down from ten to three at the second stage of the competition known as the “Callbacks” in which the four coaches are all assisted by famous guest mentors to help make their decisions. Guest mentors previously have included Shania Twain, David Guetta, Nicole Scherzinger, Tom Grennan and Melanie C
The three singers are taken to the Semi Finals in which their coach has the agonising decision to only take one through to the Finals.
The jam packed Final involves four singers from each coaching team competing for a record deal, a cash prize and a five star luxury holiday!

About Series 12
The Voice returns this series with our superstar coaches; Anne-Marie, Olly Murs, will.i.am and the legend Tom Jones, and they kick things off in style with a never before seen coach performance extravaganza on a rooftop in Manchester…it may have been cold, but the fireworks kept them warm!
We have freshened the series up this year by widening the age bracket, including more loveable characters who give the coaches (and the viewers) real belly laughs, and the level of talent has been raised again, with finalists who have raised genuine interest and excitement from our record label.
In a series of firsts, series 12 has it’s first chair swap where will.i.am gives up his seat to Emma Willis to experience a blind audition, we have opened the competition to groups who kick off episode one in style, and we even get to enjoy the coaches travelling to the auditions in a karaoke party bus…(Tom Jones singing My Way is not to be missed!)
